Perfecte locatie op loopafstand van de zee en centrum. Mooi ruim appartement wat elke dag schoongemaakt werd. Aardige verhuurders en schoonmakers. Lekker zwembad en een rustige omgeving. Gewoon een top locatie voor goede prijs. Als ik weer terug kom op aruba ga ik weer hierheen

From the greeting by John, the owner, who is exceptionally helpful and kind, to the little touches like a homemade guide book on the table and aloe vera shampoo and conditioner in the gorgeous walk in shower, this place is a no brainer! Such lovely, cool purple and black decor, felt very safe with a gated fence surrounding the entire property, felt very homey but also has a nice Asian vibe to it. The place is immaculate, up to date and the aircon works EXTREMELY well! Had absolutely zero complaints and only high praise for this place. The price is a steal on the island of Aruba. I’d stay here again every time I visit Aruba, without question. Book this place…walking distance to a nice, public beach and about a 15 walk to downtown Aruba. You can’t go wrong. Cheers!

very nice appartment, its clean and John will help you where ever he can. The appartments are big enough for 2 people. it s nice to sit by the swimmingpoool. The place is central on the eiland of Aruba

We needed a room for only one night in Aruba as we were in transit to Bonaire. Having visited Aruba previously, I can see where Cadushi Apartments would be excellent for a longer term stay. Very clean and comfortable (comfortable bed and great shower!) with everything right where you need it. We were impressed with the price and how nice the apartment was – a real value.

Most impressive was the proactive, professional communications leading up to our trip by staff. We are arriving and departing at off hours and accommodated without hesitation. The staff member who met us that night was knowledgeable and courteous.

John and the other lady that helped run the place were awesomely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book a stay here again. The suite was nice, spacious and well equipped with everything you could ask for in order to have a lovely stay. I was only there on a layover for one night, but could easily see it being the ideal place to stay for a week or more.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Cadushi apartments. The staff was wonderful and polite. The apartments were close to the beach (about a 5 minutes walk) and the supermarket (5 minutes) and downtown (about 10-15 minute walk). Great stay!

Really nice, spacy, clean and peacefull appartment with modern and full equipped kitchen. Private pool area is nice and clean. Everything is just like in pictures, even better.
Walk distance to one of the best beaches, where you also find couple of really good restaurants for lunch or sunset dining. Also small grocery in walk distance. Area is peacefull and safe to walk even at night time.
If you are looking for a nice, clean and safe place away from all-inclusive hotels and “builded for tourist”-area, I highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cadushi Apt. They have another apt. across the road. Pega Pega Apartments. Cadushi has eight apts. Pool and grilling area. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Nice size living room with TV. Kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is stock with everything you would need. Ours needed a few extra. (ie couple more pots, some more soup bowels). No TV in the bedroom. They do have some hangers, but you might want to bring some more if you like to hang your cloths. The toilet is very high from the floor. We bought a steeping stool from the supermarket. They have maid service and the maid does the dishes. The apt has a dishwasher, but you might want to bring dishwasher detergent if you plan to use it. They do not have phones or door bells at the front gate. Free wifi is available. If you book through a third party, there will probably be extra charges added to your total. Service charge 11%, value added tax 9.5%, Aruba city tax, cleaning fee. We paid $136.77 US/$168.06 CAN per night total.

Place was well kept and clean. The accommodations were very nice. Pool area was well kept and maintained. Felt very secure. Staff was very accommodating to all our needs. I would definitely consider staying at the cadushi on our return trip to Aruba.

Loved the arrangement, atmosphere, staff, and the air conditioning. Only a five minute drive from downtown. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when they could stay here?! I wish I stayed here longer! I will definitely be staying here again!
